About the Workshop:

Babies cry. It’s how they communicate with us. It's their first language. The question is, do you understand what your baby is trying to tell you?

Babies display two different types of crying, ‘needs crying’ and ‘memory crying’.

Come along to this 90min workshop to learn about how to differentiate between ‘needs crying’ and ‘memory crying’ and to understand the hidden message behind your baby’s communication.

The workshop will cover:

  • The difference between ‘needs crying’ and the widely unknown ‘memory crying’
  • The link between your unresolved birth story and your ability to listen to your baby’s crying.
  • Learning the language of “The Cry”. What your baby is telling you with ‘memory crying’.
  • The importance of helping babies with ‘memory crying’
  • Long term effect of unaddressed ‘memory crying’
  • Science based tips to help your baby by helping yourself.
  • How Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy will help your baby with ‘memory crying’ by balancing the three primary systems, eating, pooping and sleeping.

There will be a Q and A at the end of the workshop to help address your specific needs.

Babies are welcomed to join the class.
