I want to visit your shop! What are your hours and location?
 
We are open 7 days a week 10 am -6 pm. 
We are located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
The closest train to the shop is the G to Nassau Ave. 
The second train is the L to Bedford, a bit of a walk but still manageable.

I want to buy a gift from your shop, but I'm not sure what to buy. Do you offer Gift Cards? 
 
We do offer Gift Cards! You can stop into our brick & mortar and pick up a gift card. 
Alternatively, you can visit our gift card section in the customer care area of our footer. Here you will have the option of a physical gift card or an e-gift card. 

I'm ordering this as a gift, do you offer gift wrapping and a gift note? 
Yes! At the bottom of your cart, you will see an area for a gift note and a box to check for gift wrapping. We charge $3.00 for gift wrapping. 
If you purchase a Greeting Card we will write the note in the card.
 

Can I make a return in-store?

Yes! We allow returns in the form of an exchange or store credit within 10 days of in-store purchases, and 10 days after the delivery date for online orders. 

We do not accept returns of discounted or sale items. 

How do I return my online purchase?

The Wild takes pride in everything we sell, and hopes you love everything you've bought!

If you need to return an item or have received an item that isn’t what you expected,  please contact us at Sales@shop-thewild.com. Returns MUST be sent within 10 days of delivery of your purchase and all returned items MUST be in good, unused condition. We only offer returns in form of store credit. Please note, that items returned for reasons other than damage must be sent at the purchaser's expense and original shipping fees will not be returned. 

All sale items are Final Sales.

I live in NYC, can I just come to pick up my order?

Yes! Just choose “ Pickup” as your delivery method. We usually have items ready within 24 hours of purchase, but please email/ call us if you need your order ready a bit faster. 

Are all of these items available in-store?

Yes, most items online are available at our shop. We advise calling us to ensure we have the item on hand. Glitches in inventory happen from time to time. 

I need my item in a rush! What do I do?

If you need your item rushed, please choose next-day delivery during checkout. Orders must be placed by 12 pm local time to ensure next day arrival. We charge $50 for next-day delivery, however, if the cost is less we will refund you immediately. 

Help! My package tracking says it was delivered, but I didn't get it.

It’s always a bummer when something goes wrong with a delivery.  As a small business, we cannot replace items whose tracking is marked as "Delivered" - once it is placed in the hands of the mail carrier it's unfortunately out of our control. However, we are here to help you, reach out to us!

I make stuff, do you want to sell it?
