We look for someone who works well as part of a team, is proactive, is a confident communicator and ready to jump in and help out wherever needed daily.
Given the nature of our business, we work with many new families at a vulnerable, exciting and sometimes difficult time in their lives. It is a large part of our work to support those families by “holding space”. This includes listening to birth stories, helping strollers up the stairs, getting nursing pillows, chatting with toddlers and basically being a welcoming, open, and available person.
