Postpartum Support Circle: A Group For New Mamas
The experience of welcoming a new baby can be both joyous and challenging. Psychotherapist Ellen Yom, LCSW, will facilitate a supportive and inclusive space where new mamas can connect and discuss navigating the ups and downs of new motherhood, such as relationship issues, feelings of anxiety, depression and loss, and changes in identity. Resources and information about perinatal mood and anxiety disorders will be provided. Babies welcome.

Ellen Yom, LCSW is a psychotherapist specializing in couples and family therapy and perinatal support. She provides individual, couples and family therapy at her private practice in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Ellen received her MSW from Columbia University, and post-graduate training from the Ackerman Institute for the Family, the Beck Institute for CBT, Postpartum Support International, and the Postpartum Stress Center.
