What is Loyalty Love?

Loyalty Love allows you to score 'Points' which can be cashed in to save money on future purchases! No need to play the field - WWM rewards you for your loyalty and support.

How do I join?

If you already have a WWM account - you're in! If not, simply create an account now or when you make a purchase online or in-store and you'll automatically be able to accrue points. In fact, you'll earn 100 points for just signing up!

How do I score Points?

How do I use my points?

Points may be redeemed for $5, $10 and $20 vouchers. Vouchers come in the form of a discount code which is applied at checkout. Redeem and use vouchers online or in person at either WWM retail location.

How do I view my Points balance?

Your Points balance is on the top left of the Loyalty Love panel. Simply click or tap on the loyalty link at the bottom of the page to bring up the panel.

Do points expire?

Like kiddos, Points too eventually leave the nest, fly the coop, strike out without us. Rather than 18 (or 35!) years, unused Points expire 12 months after your last purchase.  

Your family has needs now. Those needs change month to month, week to week, day to day, often - moment to moment!  The Loyalty Love program is designed to help you and yours get what you want today.

May I transfer points to a friend or family member?

Unfortunately Loyalty Points are not transferable. BUT, you may use your points to share love in your own way by purchasing a gift of that special friend or family member. (That will win you "points" both at our shop AND in your relationships!) OR refer your beloved so they can start scoring their own Loyalty Points (Cupid, watch out!) 

If I return an item purchased with a voucher will I get my points back?

No, however you may return to store credit and make another purchase. If you opt for a refund, your voucher will be forfeited.

Is there a limit to the number of Points I can score? 

We're not about to hold you back - go for it! Rack up them Points all day, all night. Play the field and spend as you wish.

Keep in mind Points may only be redeemed in $5, $10 or $20 increments.

What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?

Approved:  Hooray!  Your newest, hottest Points are ready to be redeemed immediately.

Pending:   Some Points are not immediately available. See the table above for Point approval periods.

Cancelled:  These Points will not be added to your account. This may be due to a cancelled purchase or a return.  If that is the case, your Points status will change from 'pending' to 'cancelled'.

My friend made a purchase, but I do not see any pending referral points in my account.

Referrals are tracked with an extra-special, unique referral code tied to that friend's (aka future customer's) email address.

Friend still not registered?  Hmm, here are some possible reasons why: 

  • Your pal may have checked out using a different browser.
  • Same browser was used, but after 24hrs.
  • Friend placed an order for less than than $50 after any discounts were applied.

What happens if the friend I refer cancels or returns their order?

Someone having second thoughts? If the lucky person whom you referred cancels their order, the pending points will too be cancelled, and removed from your account. Be persistent! Poke your pal! Refer them again or introduce a new friend to WWM. Grab those Points!

Uh-Oh! Why did my account balance go down?

You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.

Help! I completed an activity, but didn't score any Points?  Where the heck are they?!

  • Points accrued for purchases (by you or a friend you referred) are held for 14 days to cover potential product returns.
  • Points earned for writing reviews take 2 days to appear.
  • Social media likes must be completed via the Loyalty Panel which you may access via the widget to the bottom right of this page or from your account page.

If I wish, may I leave the Loyalty Love program? How might I do so?

No heart break here!  We will Love you no matter what :)

Should you wish to leave Loyalty Love, simply contact us and we will remove you from the program. Warm feelings and memories will remain, but after cancellation any Points earned will be lost.

What happens if I leave and decide to join Loyal Love again?

We LOVE a reunion! Welcome back! Just reach out to us and we will joyfully re-enroll you. Once re-enrolled, your point total begins at zero.
