Come and be part of the PYC community from the comfort of your home!. You will be able to enjoy the full 90 minute prenatal yoga class. Each class starts with "circle time" so I can make sure I address your aches, pain, issues, and requests! All participants will receive the link to Zoom 10 minutes prior to the start of the class!

But what if the 10am class doesn't work in my schedule? If you want to still take class but can't make the 10 am start time, no worries- we got you covered! We will send out the link to all those who have registered and you can watch it another time. You will have the link for 24 hours! You can even take the class multiple times within the 24hr window!What if I don't have yoga props at home? You can certainly improvise or invest in a few props. If you want to have a few at home props I would recommend a mat and 2 four inches blocks. You can use a blanket or towel and make a bolster by rolling up a blanket or towel. If you don't have blocks, you can use some small boxes, large can, or bind together some books. Anything that gives your hands about 8-10 inches or height would work!
