Come learn how to ease this sacred healing time with properly prepared, nutrient dense foods that will deeply nourish both mother and baby. With both easy and delicious foods, we can shorten our healing time, sooth the baby blues, boost breast milk, and calm the postpartum rollercoaster hormones!
For both breastfeeding, and non breastfeeding mothers and their partners.
Partners will learn the best foods and snacks to stock the fridge and freezer and simple recipes that will sustain the marathon that is caring for a newborn!

About the Instructor:
Hannah Gittler is the founder of Salt of the Earth Wellness, where she guides people to rediscover their inner vitality through Nutritional Therapy. Based out of Brooklyn, Hannah is passionate about a bio-individual approach to health using whole food, ancestral nutrition with an emphasis on the therapeutic power of nature.
