Join us for prenatal yoga! Chantal teaches this unique class, which links yoga postures with breath, helps to bring awareness to the mind and body, and deepens the connection to your baby. Yoga helps to alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy, strengthens the uterus and pelvic muscles, improves circulation, and increases overall comfort. Our safe, welcoming, open community allows you to freely discuss any issues or concerns and share the wonderful new changes you and your baby are experiencing.
Classes can be purchased in a monthly series. If you miss a class during your series, you can make-up your missed class by taking any prenatal yoga class at our UWS location. *Single classes can be purchased for this location if space allows.
